Chad handles communications at CCT, managing the center's website, editing and laying out its publications, and supporting staff in their use of print, web and video. In this role, Chad strives to create pathways for educators, administrators, partners and policymakers into CCT's research.

Before joining CCT, Chad ran a performing arts Web portal based in New York, overseeing the site's editorial and creative operations. He also served as editor of Electronic News Today, a daily technology newsletter covering the computer chip industry; as general assignment and commentary writer for The Chautauquan (N.Y.) Daily; and as managing editor of Montage Magazine, a regional arts quarterly.

Chad is also a teacher. He teaches dance regionally and nationally with his wife, Midori. Known within the dance community as researchers of traditional jazz dances of the Jazz Age and Swing Era, they co-direct the swing program at Sandra Cameron Dance Center in New York. Chad also teaches Adobe InDesign at Noble Desktop, a computer graphics training company in New York. He is a certified expert in Adobe InDesign.
