Tiffany works on the Ready To Learn Initiative and the Dream Save Do Evaluation. She has a strong interest in media’s capacity to educate young children and to influence their lives, especially through nationally and internationally disseminated properties. She is particularly interested in equitable access to education for low-income families and how media can help close existing gaps.

Prior to joining CCT in 2016, Tiffany spent eight years as a video producer, videographer, and editor on many different types of projects, ranging from research and communications videos for the University of Chicago, to a feature film called But Not for Me, to various projects for the American Museum of Natural History, NYU, and NPR. While earning her masters degree, she interned at WGBH and, after graduation, she briefly worked in curriculum design.

Tiffany earned her Master of Education in Human Development and Psychology from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and received dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Cinema & Media Studies and East Asian Languages & Civilizations from the University of Chicago. She grew up in Minneapolis and has lived in Chicago, Beijing, New York, and Cambridge, MA. (Minneapolis and Chicago are still her favorites.) She speaks Mandarin, some French, and a bit of Spanish.
