Dr. Jim Diamond and Tim Reitzes, two members of Team CCT—first-place winners at the DML Project Connect Hackathon on May 9—have written about the team's winning app, Congregate!, on the Platform for Good blog.  The post describes the thinking behind the design and development of Congregate!, which allows users to learn about and vote on important issues, such as gun control.
