Dr. Daniel Light presented two papers at the Global Learn Asia Pacific 2011 conference on learning and technology, March 28-April 1, in Melbourne, Australia. One of them, "Building a classroom learning community: three instructional design principles for a Web 2.0 world" has been honored with an "Outstanding Paper" award by conference organizers Association for the Advancement of Computing in Education and Deakin University, Monash University, and RMIT University.
