"KGOY," or ‘kids getting older younger,’ is a term that refers to children who are more savvy than previous generations. Are children growing up too fast nowadays?

"The basic stages of children’s development aren’t changing,” says CCT's Shelley Pasnik, who was interviewed for a recent BBC article about this topic. “What has changed is [kids’] exposure to information, through video platforms to caregiver phones, social media platforms, and interactive speakers with unlimited capacity to push content.”
