The Corporation for Public Broadcasting has announced a $72 million grant from the US Dept. of Education for the next phase of Ready to Learn. The grant will fund five more years of research, development, and distribution of materials to improve the math and literacy skills of young children, especially those who live in poverty. We at CCT look forward to continuing our research in connection with the Ready to Learn Initiative.
