Linnie Green is a Research Assistant II at the EDC Center for Children and Technology.

Currently, she is part of the research teams for both the America Connects Consortium and Imagination Place! America Connects is a national initiative to provide technical assistance to members of the Community Technology Center Program, funded by the U.S. Department of Education. Imagination Place! (developed by CCT through collaboration with the Australian Children's Television and Libraries for the Future) is an online design space intended for children (with a focus on girls) ages 8 through 12.

Prior to her work at CCT she was a part of several research projects conducted in public school systems in New Jersey, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. Her work in a New Jersey public school involved implementing Japanese teaching styles. In Connecticut and Massachusetts she studied the social, emotional, and academic affects of living in urban and suburban settings during adolescence. In addition she participated in a research project studying middle-income and lower-income parental beliefs about their young children's learning styles.

She is a graduate of Teachers College, Columbia University, with a Master of Arts in developmental psychology.
