The Consortium gathered key U.S. schools of education and a number of research and development organizations and university teams to discuss their efforts to develop technology-enhanced preservice programs and projects for teachers.

In this three-year project, the consortium collaborated on how to best prepare teachers to use technologies and how to infuse technologies throughout schools of education.
