IDEAS Maker Mentors
2023 to 2026
This project aims to continue scaling-up the IDEAS Maker Program by co-designing a higher education/workforce transition support structure with autistic high school students, created in collaboration with autistic college students and counselors who work with those groups of students. Participants at both the high school and college level will be involved with the planning and execution of this enhanced aspect of our project to ensure that we are building sustainable programming that is relevant and useful to the populations it is designed to serve. This will continue work completed during two prior NSF ITEST awards used to develop and scale the IDEAS Maker Program in partnership with NYU and NYSCI.
