Maryland Virtual High School: The Core Models Project
1997 to 2000

The Maryland Virtual High School was funded by the National Science Foundation to create a professional development community of high school science teachers working to integrate modeling activities and systems-thinking concepts into their teaching. CCT is evaluating the program, focusing on investigating the efficacy of various program components, changes in teachers' practices, and the impact of the program on student learning.
