NGPM DCA
2019 to 2025
This project proposes to develop a set of curricular activities to help preschool teachers and preschool children engage in data collection and analysis learning project (DCA), using hands-on and digitally based classroom activities. EDC will build off a proposed learning trajectory of DCA and utilize children's mathematical knowledge (i.e. counting, sorting, classifying) to answer data-based real-world questions. This project will include iterative development of curricular and digital materials culminating in a small experimental study.
