The New York City Department of Education engaged in the redesign of professional development resources and, with the support of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, retained CCT to conduct a series of formative evaluation activities around the creation of WeTeach, a digital portal for iPD resources and opportunities.

CCT worked to ensure that the development of the WeTeach portal was informed by the perceptions, needs, and priorities of its target audience, and provided timely and relevant guidance for the development of WeTeach.
