Project GRAD (Graduation Really Achieves Dreams) is a comprehensive pre kindergarten through 12th grade program that supports inner-city teachers and students with academic programs, technology, and social services. Houston has implemented the initiative for six years, while Newark, New Jersey has run the program for one year.

CCT created an innovative online professional development model for GRAD teachers from Houston and Newark. The telecollaboration allowed us to further explore the feasibility of online teacher professional development and to build our knowledge about best practices of knowledge transfer between expert and novice teachers.
