Side x Side Project Imagine
2015 to 2019

We are conducting an evaluation of Side x Side's Project Imagine, a pilot program in public elementary school grades K–5 to design, develop, and test a set of comprehensive arts integration programs in order to create a system of professional development supports and resources for teachers that will aid in the rapid learning and ease of implementation of the program.

Our mixed-methods evaluation will include both qualititative and quantititative data collection in order to assess how the project is meeting its goals throughout the course of the four-year project. Our work will provide formative feedback on the development and testing of the Project Imagine curriculum, and will culminate in a summative evaluation on the impact of the program on teachers, experts, and students, including a longitudinal quasi-experimental design in order to obtain evidence of promise.
