Teaching American History: Teacher as Historian
2012 to 2013

CCT will be the evaluator of the New York City Department of Education's Teaching American History:Teacher as Historian (TAH) program. TAH seeks to train 40 elementary, middle-, and high-school teachers in high-needs schools, introducing them to a range of American history content and speicalized pedagogy to help them support their at-risk students. We will design teacher and student surveys and other assessments, analyze data, and create performance reports.
