CCT will assist the Bernard van Leer Foundation in its efforts to better understand the global application of mobile technology by home visiting programs for health, nutrition, and housing services to young children (from birth to 8 years old). Our exploratory study will seek to answer the question, "What are the successes and challenges of home visiting programs using mobile technology as a tool for scaling-up and maintaining program quality?" by identifying relevant home visiting programs and conducting in-depth program evaluations.
