The Learning to Work project examined the characteristics contributing to the effectiveness of programs that focus on technology and new media in helping to prepare young people to enter the work world. Drawing on the work being done in the areas of youth development and career preparation, CCT surveyed around 20 formal and informal education organizations about successful strategies.
