This project involved the design and development of a prototype Web-based communication tool, designed to support conversations among teams of students, their teachers, and their mentors as they worked on yearlong computational science projects. The tool was pilot tested in a group of classrooms. CCT examined communication strategies used by mentors, teachers and students in those classrooms.
