Columbia Center for New Media Teaching and Learning (CCNMTL)

The Columbia Center for New Media Teaching and Learning (CCNMTL) has asked CCT to consult the Center on its design research practices, specifically related to the exploration and development of digital technologies linked to pedagogical theory and practice. CCNMTL is looking to apply these design research and assessment strategies to its projects' lifecycles, under expert guidance. In its consultant capacity, CCT will provide relevant research to inform CCNMTL's design research projects, provide guidelines and feedback to Center staff members at each stage of the design research process, attend and participate in key design research meetings, and provide a final written critique of the Center's reports and process in each of six earmarked projects as well as written recommendations regarding organizational structure and job definitions for continuing the growth of the CCNMTL's design research enterprise after the consultancy's completion.
