CCT evaluated the implementation of the Technology Information Infrastructure Applications Program (TIIAP) grant in two New York City school districts. The grant provides for new links among classrooms using a variety of connection methodologies, ranging from dial-up to ISDN to T-1. The project objective was to foster student use of these connections to develop community-oriented Web pages.
