NY School Quality Review Initiative: Video to Support Professional Development
1994 to 1998

Drawing on a professional development effort undertaken for the state of New York, CCT researched the crafting of video materials to help educators reflect on their own and others' practice. This project emphasizes learning how to see classrooms, teachers and students from multiple perspectives, using video as the centerpiece for professional development.
