Rockefeller funding provided support to develop community planning processes that included protocols for conducting conversations about technology, in which community comes first and technology follows need, and a process for charting local technology resources. Partners included The Innovation Center for Community and Youth Development of the National 4-H Council Center, Elementary Puente, and the Rhode Island Indian Council.
