Union City as a Demonstration Model
1997 to 1998

In collaboration with the Union City, N.J., Board of Education, CCT documented the impact of technology integration and school reform on student learning and the community. National, state, and local policymakers; local education advocates; and urban community leaders can use this evidence of the impact of partnering long-term investment in technology with reform of curriculum and teaching, and of spreading the benefits of the technology to the community.
