We worked with the fifth-largest district in New York State's school system over a nine-month period, acting as facilitator for teachers, administrators, parents, and community stakeholders to develop a comprehensive master technology plan for the district. This consensus document will serve as the basis for several proposals, the district's e-rate filings, yearly budgets and building-level planning.
