IBM has formed partnerships with school districts and states to review and revise standard operating assumptions and practices in order to reinvent American schools. CCT conducted a formative evaluation of the Reinventing Education Project for each site. The process included interviews of key personnel and an effort to seek out as many levels of the project as possible to tap a variety of perspectives.
