CCT researchers employed several qualitative research methods to explore the following questions:
A. How does district leadership move from rich policy discussion to changes in practices that reach the classroom? What does this process look like in diverse contexts? What are the critical challenges and key enablers for each site? What is the impact of this work?
B. What lessons can be learned from the practical experience of these districts that can provide real-world examples and contribute to the success of similar efforts in other sites?
