A Study Tour of New York City Teachers and Technology
1996

We documented exemplary uses of technology by classroom teachers in New York City's elementary and middle schools. We also documented the day-to-day obstacles teachers face when integrating technology into instruction. The resulting report recommended changes in existing school district, city and state policies to remove restrictions on the use of computers in instruction.
